Having worked in higher education throughout his career, Mr. Rosenberg approaches college counseling and tutoring with a unique perspective and a wealth of experience. When Mr. Rosenberg tutors he identifies weaknesses and strengths utilizing a diagnostic test that he has developed utilizing his years of educational experience and training. He also specializes in decreasing test anxiety and developing confidence, a passion for learning, and organizational skills. He utilizes an approach that helps students draw on experiences with reading and writing that they enjoy and applying them to academics. In addition, he uses real-world applications to make mathematics more fun.

Mr. Rosenberg’s students have been admitted to extremely competitive and selective schools such as the University of Virginia, NYU, Princeton, Stanford, and The University of Washington. “MARK ROSENBERG IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about preparation for the SAT and ACT tests, but is also one of those rare test prep tutors who can see beyond the test. In other words, in addition to being an exceptional teacher of strategy for preparing for the SAT and ACT tests, Mark uses his teaching experience to identify specific skills that students need help with on the test–and in school– and tailors lessons to students’ needs. To this end Mark’s SAT prep helped one of our mutual clients reach a 200 point SAT score increase. I am so impressed with Mark’s background as well as his skills and instinct. I highly recommend Mark Rosenberg and Seattle SAT Prep for test prep and academic study.” ~Julie R. Wood, Ed.S, LPE, Breakwater Associates
